Abstract Submission Guidelines for Paper/Poster Presentation

Registration Requirement
  • Conference registration is mandatory for all paper/poster presentations.
  • A Conference Registration Number is required to submit an abstract.
  • Upon registration, you will receive the abstract submission link, along with a User ID and Password.
Eligibility & Categories (Select only ONE for the Presenting Author)
  • Postgraduate Student (MD/DNB student of any specialty)
  • Delegate / Faculty / Medical Officer
  • Undergraduate Medical Student
  • Supportive Geriatrics (Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapy / Clinical Psychology / Clinical Pharmacology / Nursing)

Note: As far as possible, only the first author/Corresponding author should be the presenting author.

General Submission Rules
  • Only completed studies are eligible. Interim or incomplete studies will not be accepted.
  • Deadline for submission: Midnight, 3rd October 2025 (strictly enforced).
  • Multiple abstracts can be submitted by the same author across same or different categories.
Accepted Abstract Types
  • Meta-analysis
  • Research Article / Research Paper
  • Case Series / Case Report

Abstract Format Guidelines

Research Articles / Meta-analysis
  • Must follow structured abstract format: Background - Aims - Methods - Results - Conclusion
  • Word limit: Max 250 words (excluding Title)
  • Title and Author names must be submitted separately (not within abstract body).
Case Series / Case Reports
  • Must follow structured abstract format: Introduction - Case Details - Discussion - Conclusion
  • Word limit: Max 150 words (excluding Title)
  • Case Series must include >10 cases (<10 cases must be submitted as Case Report)
  • Title and Author names must be submitted separately
Important Conditions
  • Submissions must not be:
    • Previously published
    • Accepted for publication
    • Presented at any other conference
  • Email and phone number of the presenting author must be provided in the designated field.
Review & Communication
  • Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
  • Final decision regarding acceptance and mode of presentation (Podium or E-poster) rests with the committee.
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent to the first author’s email.
